Conventional cutting fluids have used mineral oils and preservatives. The alkaline electrolyzed water-specific processing fluid "Oil Water" is an environmentally friendly processing fluid that does not contain these additives. With the use of specialized additives, it has safe alternative processing functions equivalent to oil. It makes machining difficult materials easier, and after water drainage and drying, the rust prevention effect lasts for about 10 days. It contributes to reducing total costs through improved tool life, shortened processing time, and reduced waste liquid.
